Foreclosure HOA 75934-RSS2-HOA. Notice of Default and Intent to Foreclose, regarding timeshare interest(s) owned by the Obligor(s) on Schedule “1” at Resort Sixty-Six, located in Manatee County, Florida, as described pursuant the Declaration referred to below of said county, as amended. Resort Sixty-Six Owners Association, Inc., A Florida not-for-profit corporation did cause a Claim of Lien to be recorded in public records of said county. Obligor is liable for payment in full of amounts as shown in the lien plus costs; and is presently in default of obligation to pay. Trustee is conducting a non-judicial foreclosure pursuant to Florida Statute 721.855.
