SMITHERS; ADA WAXMAN; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
