NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-837-CA of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein LAUREL OAKS AT PELICAN BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and PAUL A. ORCUTT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAUL A. ORCUTT N/K/A MARNA ORCUTT; PELICAN BAY FOUNDATION, INC. ; UNKNOWN TENANT TWO and UNKNOWN TENANT ONE N/K/A MARNA ORCUTT are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: In the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, the Clerk's street address for auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 12th day of July, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 202, Building 860, and Parking Space C-198, in Laurel Oaks at Pelican Bay Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1548, page 2112, and as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A/K/A: 860 Tanbark Drive, Unit 202
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
