NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2018, entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-001213-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, solely as Trustee for Harborview Mortgage loan Trust Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-6 is the Plaintiff and Jose E. Romero; Bertha E. Romero are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the July 12, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 29, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 65 THROUGH 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
