NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2018, and entered in 11-2016-CA-001814-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAKER HUGHES OILFIELD OPERATIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and POLLISTER DRILLING CORPORATION, et al, are the Defendant(s).
Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on July 12, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The Leasehold Interest, and the land (the “Land”) in, on, or under which the Leasehold Interest is located, are described as follows: (i) the well (the “Well”) commonly known as the #30-4 Hugh Starnes Well, drilled in the Corkscrew Field; (ii) those leases (the “Leases”) under which the Well is being, or was, drilled and/or operated; (iii) all other wells developed, being developed, or hereafter developed under the Leases and/or included in the “Unit” (herein defined); (iv) the unit in which the Well is included, which appears to be the Section 30, T46S, R28E, Collier County, Florida (the “Unit”); and, (v) all properties operated with the Well as part of a joint operation, regardless of whether part of a formal unit, which easehold interest is more specifically described adn identified as the interest set forth in the strument recorded at Official Record Book 5230, Pages 2411-2442 of the public records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
