NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 11, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2018-CA-000235-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of July, 2018 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT C-101, LAKE POINTE CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1345, PAGES 971 THROUGH 1046, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
