Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 11th day of June, 2018, and entered in case No. 16-CA-000916 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and MARIE U. TERNIER and COLLIER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 3rd Floor Lobby, Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 on the 12th day of July, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 3, Building 52, REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3096, Page 1624, as amended, Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
