NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2018, and entered in 11-2016-CA-001465-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and DONALD J. RHODARMER; NANCY A. RHODARMER A/K/A NANCY RHODARMER A/K/A NANCY GIUSTO ; FIFTH THIRD BANK are the Defendant(s) et al. Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on July 12, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 20, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA .

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
