NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016CA004091CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, Clerk of the Courts, Paula S. O'Neil shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 A.M. on July 11, 2018, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 54 OF TEMPLE TERRACE MANOR UNIT 2, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 77 ET. SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
