NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 7th day of June, 2018, and entered in Case No. : 2017-CA-002241-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and BETTY ANN TILLEY A/K/A BETTY A. TILLEY; VIKKI ROXANNE TILLEY; MICHAEL RANDALL TILLEY; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 17th day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
