Unit No. 1505, of NAPLES WALK, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 1, according to the Condominium Declaration thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Official Record Book 1620, Pages 401 through 474, Public Records of collier county, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration and all amendments thereto. SUBJECT to Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Bay Forest, recorded September 30, 1981, in Official Records Book 940, Pages 649 through 686, Public Records of Collier County, Florida and all amendments thereto. At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on July 12, 2018.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
