NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-001144 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank F/K/A Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Plaintiff and Victoria J. Maloney are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Laird A. Lile, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on July 12, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 548, SATURNIA LAKES, PLAT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, AT PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
