NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 24, 2018 entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-1360-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and Bryan E. Maclachlan; Christine M. Maclachlan; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Waters Edge Master Association, Inc.; Waters Edge Single Family Homeowners Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the name being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 11th day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 224, OF WATERS EDGE PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE(S) 85-109, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
