HEISER; MELODY FOJAS; BERNARD FOJAS; PINEBROOK WOODS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 19 day of July, 2018, the following descnbed property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
