NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered JUN 13 2018 in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. on the 11 day of October, 2018, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
LOT 7, BLOCK 73, UNIT 8, SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 59, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
