Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 13 day of June, 2018, and entered in case No. 18-CC-001128 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and RICHARD CAMBRIELLO and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD CAMBRIELLO now known as EARLENE CAMBRIELLO are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of July, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Building 3, Unit 410, THE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM, together with the exclusive use of Parking Space No. H-9, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 1411, Pages 1262 through 1332, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. a/k/a 2366 E. Mall Dr.,#410, Ft. Myers, Florida 33901
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
