AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CH1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CH1, Plaintiff, and JERMAINE A. JOHNSON; ROYAL PALM INVESTMENTS OF SW FLORIDA, INC; OMAR M. MORRISON; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES ASSOCIATION OF LEHIGH ACRES, INC.;, are Defendants.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
