SINIBALDI A/K/A ANTHONY SINIBALDI; KOZETTE M. SINIBALDI A/K/A KOZETTE SINIBALDI; CITIMORTGAGE, INC. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIFINANCIAL MORTGAGE COMPANY D/B/A CITIFINANCIALMORTGAGE COMPANY (DE); PRA RECEIVABLES MANAGEMENT, LLC are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 14, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
