LEACH, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELISA LEACH A/K/A ELISA A. LEACH, and BRIARCREST HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 9th day of July, 2018, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56, BRIARCREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 40 THROUGH 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
