NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-003684 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and ELISA LEACH A/K/A ELISA A. LEACH, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELISA LEACH A/K/A ELISA A. LEACH, and BRIARCREST HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 9th day of July, 2018, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56, BRIARCREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 40 THROUGH 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
