NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-019730 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not individually but as trustee for Pretium Mortgage Acquisition Trust, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Lienors, And Other Parties Taking An Interest Under Sharon Hair are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 31, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 36 OF CLAIR-MEL CITY UNIT NO. 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
