NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2018, and entered in Case No. 29-2016-CA-002933 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Federal Trust Services, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company as Trustee under a Trust Agreement and known as Trust No. 13204, dated January 6, 2014, Adrienne A. Crandall, Bank of America, N.A., Boyette Springs Homeowners' Association, Inc., Gary C. Crandall, The Unknown Beneficiaries under a Trust Agreement and known as Trust No. 13204, dated January 6, 2014, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Mischele Mossman, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Fredrick Mossman, and Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
