NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on June 6, 2018 in Civil Case No. 29-2008-CA-010577, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BANK ONE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff, and MARC ASSOCIATES, INC. AS TRUSTEE OF THE 3301 LOW TIDE COURT TRUST; JAMES F. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
