NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 04, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-007767 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2005-8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and FAIRCREST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANINE PHILLIPS; TAMPA PALMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 11, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
