NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 04, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-007767 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2005-8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and FAIRCREST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANINE PHILLIPS; TAMPA PALMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
