Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 13, 2018, by the County Court of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida described as:
Lot 13, Block 2, AYERSWORTH GLEN, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 111, Page 166, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 14432 Barley Field Drive, Wimauma, FL 33598; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the HILLSBOROUGH County public auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on 3rd day of August, 2018 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
