NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 25, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-010432 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Mark J. Heminover, Wendy Heminover a/k/a Wendy N. Heminover, South Cove at Summerfield Homeowners Association, Inc., Summerfield Master Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
