NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 25, 2018, and entered in Case No. 29-2018-CA-001321 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank N.A., as trustee, on behalf of the holders, of the J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2006-WMC4 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WMC4, is the Plaintiff and Tina L. Giles, Billy W. Giles a/k/a Billy Giles, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of July, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
