NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed April 16, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-003366-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NA, SUCCESSOR TO THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, NA, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE CHASE MORTGAGE FINANCE TRUST MULTI-CLASS MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-S4 is Plaintiff and MATTHEW H. ROBY; ELIZABETH J. ROBY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK. REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 17th day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF LOT 9, ALL OF LOT 10, THE NORTH 22 FEET OF LOT 11, THE NORTH 22 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 12, THE NORTH 12 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 12, AND THE NORTH 12 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK “E”, SYLVAN LAKE SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “N”, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
