NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-010284 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF UPLAND MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF NEZIHE PEERSON A/K/A NEZIHE YELDAN PEERSON, DECEASED; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; SUNCREST VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CENGIZ UGURLUOGLU, are Defendant(s), Tiffany Moore, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on July 20, 2018 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
