NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-017110-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-3CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3CB, is Plaintiff and BALSAM NAJEEB, et. al., are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 6th day of August 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 120 of VISTA LAKES VILLAGES N-9 (A REPLAT), according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 45, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Property Address: 9059 Hastings Beach Blvd., Orlando, FL 32829
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
