NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 18, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-000938-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Charles W. Higgins, deceased, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Jennifer Somers, Ivy Higgins, Joseph Higgins, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 30th day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4, BLOCK C, ROBINSWOOD HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, AT PAGES 8 AND 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
