CONDOMINIUM UNIT 224, EDGEWATER VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 463 AT PAGE 980 ET SEQ, AND AMENDMENT THERETO RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 467, PAGE 258 ET SEQ, AND SECOND AMENDMENT RECORDED O.R. BOOK 540, PAGE 1191, AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
