NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 07, 2018, and entered in 2017CA003444AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR13, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR13 is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA PARHAM A/K/A CYNTHIA C. PARHAM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CYNTHIA PARHAM A/K/A CYNTHIA C. PARHAM; SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on July 24, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
