NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 05, 2016, and entered in 2016CA-000501-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERITAGE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and RAOUF T. SAHLI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAOUF T. SAHLI N/K/A NOOSA SAHLI; HEATHER HILL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 27, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
