NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 04, 2013, and entered in 2010CA0095370000WH of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and MARCIA GREY; WELTON GREY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR DECISION ONE MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC MIN NO. 1000779110005693037; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; POINCIANA VILLAGES THREE ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 A/K/A GLORIA MENDEZ; UNKNOWN PARTIES are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
