NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2018, and entered in 11-2017-CA-001874 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR3 is the Plaintiff and NADIA M. GABER AKA NADIA GABER; SEAN COUTTS AKA SEAN M. COUTTS; BURCREST CAPITAL LLC; THE HABITAT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HIDEAWAY BEACH ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AEGIS WHOLESALE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Laird Lile as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on July 19, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
