AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR3 is the Plaintiff and NADIA M. GABER AKA NADIA GABER; SEAN COUTTS AKA SEAN M. COUTTS; BURCREST CAPITAL LLC; THE HABITAT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HIDEAWAY BEACH ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AEGIS WHOLESALE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s).
