NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2018, and entered in 11-2016-CA-002242-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-13, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-13 is the Plaintiff and LUIS JIMENEZ A/K/A LUIS A. JIMENEZ; MARCIA JIMINEZ A/K/A MARCIA A. JIMENEZ ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ; SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION F/K/A SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on July 19, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
