NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2016, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002073 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Victor T George a/k/a Victor Thomas George; Pee-Wee's Dumpsters, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Indymac Bank, F.S.B.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 et al., are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 19th day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 164.02 FEET OF TRACT 2, AND THE SOUTH 3 FEET OF TRACT 3, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 32, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 21 AND 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
