YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you for foreclosure of Plaintiff's lien for such unpaid amounts due to the above-named Plaintiff for the following premises located in Collier County, Florida:
Unit No. 8, in Building 161, of GRANADA LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3969, Page 1537, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff's attorney, Todd B. Allen, Esq., Lindsay & Allen, PLLC, 13180 Livingston Rd., Suite 206, Naples, FL 34109, within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
