NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 001378 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-10, is Plaintiff and BRUCE A. CRISMAN, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRUCE A. CRISMAN; et. al., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 24th day of August 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND BEING THE NORTHERLY 2.24 ACRES OF LOT 88, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF MISSION VALLEY ESTATES, SECTION B-1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 7, 7A, AND 7B OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE WESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 88 FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING, (SAID CORNER BEING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 88 AND THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF MACINTOSH BOULEVARD.); THENCE ALONG THE SAID NORTHERLY LINE OF LOT 88.53 DEGREES 51 MINUTES 35 SECONDS EAST (AN ASSUMED BEARING), 463.62 FEET TO THE NORTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 88; THENCE ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 88, SOUTH 23 DEGREES 50 MINUTES 53 SECONDS EAST, 227.74 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 53 DEGREES 51MINUTES 35 SECONDS WEST, 412.93 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION WITH THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 88 AND THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF MACINTOSH BOULEVARD, THENCE ALONG SAID LINE NORTH 36 DEGREES 42 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST, 22.53 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
BY VIRTUE OF THAT CERTAIN WARRANTY DEED RECOREDED 7/8/84 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1689, PAGE 950, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
