NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 11, 2018 entered in Case No. 14-CA-052235 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of August 1, 2006, GSAMP Trust 2006-HE5, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE5 is the Plaintiff and Silvia P. Mata; Newport Beach Holdings, LLC; Trust Mortgage, LLC. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 18th day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 22, SAN CARLOS PARK GOLF COURSE SOUTH ADDITION AS RECORDED IN PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 7 AND 8, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
