NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Exparte Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-014688 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR6 is Plaintiff and MELISSA MCCOY, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County on Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 31, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
