NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-CA-003930 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-KS2 is the Plaintiff and Lisa J. Vinson a/k/a Lisa Vinson; Benyam Derar a/k/a Binyam Gebreslassie; SunTrust Bank; United States of America, Department of the Treasury-Internal Revenue Service; Valrico Heights Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.; Hillsborough County, Florida are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 12th day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 3, VALRICO HEIGHTS ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
