COSTIS, ESQUIRE, of ZACUR, GRAHAM & COSTIS, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney whose address is P.O. Box 14409, St. Petersburg, Florida 33733, on or before 7-30-18, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. Apartment No. D-10, TYRONE FIFTH AVENUE APARTMENTS “D”, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 62 and 63, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2496, Page 622, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
