Foreclosure (“Final Judgment”) dated November 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522013ca000710XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein 12388 STARKEY ROAD, LLC, (as assigned from RONALD J. COOPER), is the Plaintiff, and SUNCOAST SEABIRD SANCTUARY, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; RALPH T. HEATH, JR., individually; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION; any and all UNKNOWN PARTIES claiming by and through the above named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said UNKNOWN PARTIES may claim an interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of the Courts for Pinellas County, Florida, shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at a public sale on July 17, 2018 at 10:00 am online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

West 60 feet for a point of Beginning; thence South 260.19 feet along the West line of Starkey Road; thence West 260.50 feet to the East line of railroad right-of-way; thence Northwesterly 342.17 feet; thence East 482.70 feet to the Point of Beginning.
