LOT 24, SPRINGWOOD VILLAS II, INC., NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 90, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3718, PAGE 307, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5500 PALM CREST CT, UNIT 3, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33782; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on AUGUST 7, 2018 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
