NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2018, and entered in 17-002448-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTINA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF T. H. MAHER CORNELL, DECEASED; ST. ANDREWS LINKS GOLF CLUB HOMES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. ; HILARY SUSANNE CORNELL; ELIZABETH ANN ANTOCH A/K/A ELIZABETH A. ANTOCH; SANDRA MAHER MILLER; AMY BINNS CORNELL A/K/A AMY B. ANDREWS LINKS GOLF CLUB HOMES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 95, PAGES 97-99 AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE 51 AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, PROVISIONS, CONDITIONS, EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS AS CONTAINED IN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6495, PAGE 299 AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6527, PAGE 1198 : AND FURTHER AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
