NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 12-008344-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST III, is Judgment Assignee and RICHARD H. CROSS, III; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, KEN BURKE will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on August 28, 2018 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
