NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment Foreclosure, dated February 14, 2018, and Orders entered in Uniform Case No.: 2016-CC-2463, of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HARBOR PINES OF MANATEE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MARGARET FOSSATI, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., on the 4th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment.
Unit 7, MASTHEAD BUILDING OF HARBOR PINES, a Condominium, together with any undivided interest in the Common Elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1439, Pages 4215, and any amendments thereto, and according to the map thereof recorded in Condominium Book 18, Page 86, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
