NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 16, 2018 in Case No. 2017 CC 4903, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on March 29, 2018, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit 1, Phase B, LAKEBRIDGE SOUTH, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1195, Pages 292 through 362, inclusive, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 23, pages 76 through 79, and as amended in Condominium Book 23, Pages 161 through 166, Condominium Book 24, Pages 185 through 188 and in Condominium Book 25, pages 12 through 16, inclusive, all of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
