NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 7, 2018, entered in Case No. 2016CA000775AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Branch Banking and Trust Company is the Plaintiff and Priscilla Wild a/k/a Priscilla H. Wild; Unknown Spouse of Priscilla Wild a/k/a Priscilla H. Wild; Discover Bank; Southern Account Services, Inc.; Capital Asset Management, LLC are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of March, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 50, WHITFIELD ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THAT PORTION OF LOTS 14 AND 15, BLOCK 50, WHITFIELD ESTATES, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE 1/4 SECTION LINE BETWEEN THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 AND THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, AND THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF JUNGLE AVE.; THENCE NORTH AND ALONG SAID 1/4 SECTION LINE 92.0 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE; THENCE S 89°40' W. 119.4 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE ON THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 15; THENCE WESTERLY ON AND ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 15 TO THE N.W. CORNER THEREOF; THENCE SOUTH ON THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 15 TO JUNGLE AVENUE; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ON AND ALONG THE NORTH RIGHT-OF- WAY LINE OF JUNGLE AVENUE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
LESS AND EXCEPT LANDS CONVEYED IN DEEDS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1315, PAGES 1714, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1327, PAGES 1138 AND 1140.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
